Images not displaying

As from a couple of hours ago, none of the images on my web site are displaying thumbnails

I can just see the descriptive info for all images in one long line across the screen

I am using the Twenty Twelve (child) theme plus the Panopress plugin to display flash panoramas on a hosted web site

I can’t see any way I have changed something that major and it just started happening a few hours ago
