Images not displaying.

Are they showing up in your media library at all? or are they just not coming in at all?

I am having a similar issue. It imports the first picture as the featured image and none of the other images.

I’m having the same problem. The first image is imported as the featured image, and does appear in the media library, but no other images are imported and no images appear in the custom post.

N.B. I’m using the Graphene theme if that makes a difference.

I am trying to get the custom posts looking like how they do in the Etys Importer header with the “Hello World” screenshot with the red/black shirt. Would it be possible to give a quick overview about how it was done to show the image thumbnails in the post and not just as a featured image?

I believe the grid-like part is from using the

[product_images id=569]

shortcode, with the appropriate product ID in place of the example above, and some CSS. Each product should have the associated images from Etsy attached to the post and in the media library.

Theme being used shouldn’t be an issue.

Has anyone confirmed that all of the products are published and have some available in the store aka active? I’m not the primary developer of the plugin, but I recall that being a potential issue.

I borrowed a friend’s shop to do some testing and it imported all 354 images and made the attachments properly, so something is going on at a more user level here.
