    Upon activating this plugin the images throughout the site are no longer visible please advise conflict and resolution.

    Sorry for heard this problem, if you check our demos at https://tooltips.org/wordpress-tooltip-plugin/wordpress-tooltip-plugin-document/, you will find all images works well ?? I am not sure what caused the problem, if there are conflicts, you can find it by this way:
    #1 Use wordpress backup plugin “duplicator” to do a full backup of your site, so you will in zero risk ??
    #2 Change your theme to wordpress default theme and deactivate other plugins one by one to find which theme or plugin conflict with tooltip ??

    It looks as though it is a theme conflict the theme in question is flatsome is there any way you can check this conflict and resolve as I would be reluctant to change theme.

    I guess what mean is, after change the current theme to another theme, all images is “visible” and tooltips works well? It is a little strange, if so, would you please give us a download link of the theme? ??

    I am not sure, do you using any cache plugin? Sometimes cache plugin will casued some strange issues, if you are using cache plugin, maybe you can try to disable the cache to do a check or refer to our guide:
