Images not display properly on Gmail mobile

    I already contacted you over your web but I received no answer so I’m trying this way.
    Problem: – email display – full width images (or even less like in example) on Android mobile device (Gmail App, Nexus 4 stock Android, Samsung Galaxy TAB 3 7″ portrait) are shown with shrunken width. Images are resized but disproportionally.

    Same result with unchanged template emails with full width image header or so… Is there any way you can fix this ASAP please?

Hi Marin,

Our templates are not responsive. We tried, a few versions ago but we ended up removing it as it was flawed.

Just so you know we are currently working on fixing a few issues in our email rendering. It might fix your issue as well.
