    Hi,
    thank you for the plug-in!
While creating a gallery on the site, I noticed that by creating a masonry gallery, the images are arranged perfectly up to a certain point, after which the images (5) are stacked on the left.
Can you give me some information on how to fix this error? Thank you!

    Hello there!

I’m sorry for such a delayed response.

And sorry to hear you faced such an issue with our Stratum plugin and the Masonry Gallery widget in particular.

However, when I check it in my local environment, images are not stacked on the left, regardless of how many I add or which display options I choose.

So may I ask you to provide some details on this like the display options you use or a screenshot of them? Have you tried to disable other plugins you have? Perhaps you have other plugins that provide widgets for Elelementor. Will it be okay for you to share a link to your page with your problematic gallery so we can take a look at it? Thank you!

Hi Eugene, I would like to react to this post because I experience the same problem. I tried disabling other plugins but that didn’t help. Images are stacked on one side at the bottom of the page. Otherwise I really like the Stratum Masonry gallery so I hope there is a way to resolve this problem. Here is one of the pages, where the problem occurs: https://urbanexplorers.eu/chateau-wolfenstein/

I also tried to rearrange the images and then inserted the new gallery, but with the same results. I hope you can help me, thank you and kind regards,

    Casper

    Hello @jenz69urbex.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing the same issue with our Masonry Gallery widget. However, I checked your website on my end using Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Brave, and the gallery displayed perfectly in three columns without any issues. in three columns and without any issues.?

If you are still experiencing the issue, please contact us using the live chat feature on our website or submit a support ticket. We will investigate the problem and work to identify its cause.

Hi Eugene, thank you for your effort and your reply. Unfortunately I still have the problem on some pages, so I just submitted a support ticket through your site.

    Kind regards,

    Casper
