Images not converted

    Hello,

    Recently I encounter an issue with the image conversion of W3 Total Cache. Not all images are converted automatically anymore. And when I try to do this manually in my Media Library I get this error:

    Failed to retrieve a response. Please reload the page to try again

    Reloading the page and trying again unfortunately does not provide a solution.
    Is this error known by others? And has anyone got a solution?

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to assist you with this.
    The “Failed to retrieve a response” problem may occur if your server and the server responsible for converting the images have a problem communicating.
    This happens if there are a lot of requests at the time, and also please note that Pro users have an advantage when it comes to conversion.
    So the solution in these cases is to wait and try again.
    As I can see the vast majority of your images are converted, in fact, only the images not served from your sever are not converted as I can see.

    Thanks for your quick response. After several manual attempts the images are now converted. Thank you for your assistance
