Hey @7billionbuddhas, could you link me to the slideshow on your site? I will take a quick look for you ??

    Here it is: https://fionabeta.cindysalmon.com/

Disregard the other white pagination arrows – i haven’t removed them yet.
    Thanks!

Hi again. I think the FlexSlider scripting might be causing the issue. Easing Slider is wrapped inside a flexslider div, and the flex slider javascript files are still being loaded. I can imagine that this is causing FlexSlider to initiate on its own div, consequently breaking Easing Slider within it.

Try positioning Easing Slider as a standalone <div> outside of the FlexSlider container. Does this provide any results?

hmm…I removed the FlexSlider <div>. I’m still seeing the same thing….only the first image is loading. Any other ideas?

Weird. Guess that’s out the window.

Do you have any problems when trying to display the slideshow via the shortcode within a post/page? Just so we can rule out issues with div wrapping or javascript applied to those classes.

Also, is there any trouble using the “Fade” transition?

Aha! The “Fade” transition works! Thank you!

That’s still very unusual. Did you have any success when isolating the slideshow on a post/page? Hope I’m not being a pain, would just like to make sure I don’t go missing a potential bug other users may suffer from! ??

I put the shortcode on a standalone page and had the same results. The “fade” transition worked there as well, but not the other transition option. Hope that helps. Thanks for your help – you’re not being a pain at all!

Weird, no obvious signs of any errors. Hopefully this is just an isolated issue, won’t know until someone suffers from a similar problem. Could also be a plugin conflict, or issues with one of the scripts used within the theme.

Have you installed many plugins on the site? If only a few, would be great if you could let me know which so I can try and replicate the issues on my own systems. You didn’t happen to give briefly changing the theme a try either, did you? If the problem persisted, it would rule out the theme as the potential cause.

Don’t worry if you’re not in a position to follow up on this! Perfectly understandable.

I’m having the same problem although the Slide transition works and the fade does not.

    Please help

Hi Chris, would you mind changing the transition to ‘Fade’ temporarily?

Going to mark this as resolved for the time being due to the lack of responses. If anyone would like to follow up on this don’t hesitate to do so by replying to starting a new support topic ??

I’m having the same problem. Images won’t rotate and it’s just staying on the same first image.
