    Hello,

    I have had Optimole working perfectly for almost a year now. However, I recently migrated my website to a new host and it doesn’t seem to be working correctly now. The images are still being served by Optimole (I confirmed this with the inspect function on Chrome, where all images are coming from the Optimole Cloudfront CDN). However, the images don’t appear to be being resized as they used to be.

    Previously, all thumbnail images on my home screen were resized by Optimole to be the same size. Now, while they are being served by Optimole they don’t appear to be being resized properly. As I mentioned previously, I have changed nothing on the site I just migrated to a new host.

    Further, Google PSI is showing that images are not being resized efficiently or being served in WebP, both of which they were before.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Just to be clear:

    I have cleared both my caching plugin and the Optimole image cache. I have also cleared my CDN.

    Further, I have the scaling option (in Optimole) on as well. This setup worked perfectly for me before, but since migrating my site it doesn’t seem to be working the same. My URL has also not changed and is exactly the same.

    A good example is on my homepage. Before migrating my site, every thumbnail (.nv-post-thumbnail) image was the same size as Optimole served them in their ideal sizes. Now, however, they aren’t being resized and they all appear in their original aspect rations.

    I hope this provides a bit more clarity.

    Thank you for using Optimole and posting the issue here.

    I’ve checked your website and I see that Optimole is activated and tries to serve your images, however, they aren’t being served and get redirected back to original resources, that’s why you see an issue with images not being served in webp format and not scaled.

    Could you please reach out to us via the contact form here – https://optimole.com/#contact and use the email address that you’re using to sign in to Optimole’s member’s area?

    That will allow us to identify what could be wrong with your account.
