Images not being imported

Are you sure the image link is correct at your end?
Kindly try opening the image with the URL first – “https://www.ve-ahavta.co.il/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/DR-1.jpg”. If this opens the image, then there should be a connection failure. Try the import again.

Even after that, if you get the error, you can share the csv in Google Drive so that I can check it by importing in my site.

Yes, the image link is opening fine in browser, I don’t think there is any connection error.

I have also tried importing the sample file that you have quoted in your documentation here – https://www.xadapter.com/woocommerce-import-products-with-images/ but the images still not getting imported.

I have also tried it on other hosting server. Not sure what’s wrong. Do you need my WP login ? It is just a staging site with fresh WP installation.

Our team is looking into the problem. We will get back after analysis. In the meantime, can you check permissions for the files from the server from which it is being downloaded?

There seems to be a problem with the permission of images on server.

You can try importing with any Google image (available for public). This will import perfectly.

In your case, maybe server is not allowing to download using ftp or you don’t have the requisite permissions. Kindly check that.
