Images not appearing on local network

I am running WordPress on a localhost xampp server (Windows 7 OS), but am running into an issue where images uploaded to WordPress are not appearing when I view the website from other computers on the same network. The /wordpress/htdocs/wp-content/uploads folder has a permissions setting of 777, so I don’t think that that is the problem here. The URL of the image given in the WordPress Media Library is https://localhost/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/image.jpg. I’m not sure if that is what is causing the problem. Any help would be appreciated, and feel free to ask any questions to get a better handle of the situation and issue. Thanks.
