Images no longer post after WordPress 3.8.2 upgrade.

Since upgrading to WordPress 3.8.2 yesterday the images attached to emails no longer get published.
The image is not in the media library at all.
Is this happening for anyone else ?
Using latest Postie – v1.5.18
