Images no loading

  • I am having trouble with images loading on my wordpress website.

    I was thinking it might be the image path, but the theme developer has asked me to disable all plugins and switch to the parent theme, then try to import the pre-built website again.

    I have used a child theme, and am worried that if I reinstall the files it will delete all of my content and changes?

    Can anyone help here?

    if you are concerned with loss of content –before taking any further action–make a backup copy of your database

    if you are not sure how to make a backup copy of your database, contact your webhosting vendor.

    also, you can use the health check plugin to help troubleshoot plugins and themes
