Images ni longer appearing

    Sort of a long question…

    Yesterday, I have a WooCommerce store built with WP Porto theme. I have used Esuzy to bring in maybe 50 products from Aliexpress. The products were displayed properly on both the Home page, as well as the Shop page and even down to the individual product level, including variations. The theme uses WPBakery as the page builder and most elements displaying products were WooCommerce elements such as featured products, products on sale, etc.
    At this time, I installed All In One Security and Smush for images.

    I had noticed the products brought in with Esuzy did not include SKU numbers and so, I decided to move to use ShopMaster. In trying to connect My Store with ShopMaster, I had to disable All In One Security to have the API work. Once it was disabled, ShopMaster was able to connect right away. However, once connected, I saw that No products were being displayed on either the home page, shop page or at the product level. Looking into the Media Library, all of the images were there but not all images were labeled as “unattached”. I selected the images and attached them to the proper product, but even then they did not appear on the pages.
    I have restored the entire site going back 4 days to where I know 100% that everything was displaying properly and even this does not solve the problem. There are still no images displayed
    I did clear the caches, changed permalinks, deleted the elements on the page and rebuilt most of the page, but I cannot get any images to appear now.

    Next, I went in and deleted all of the current products in my store. I decided to start over.

    This is my Issue.

    I then imported 3 or 4 products from AliExpress into my store using ShopMaster. These products show up but again the images are not displayed. Featured images are setup, gallery images are setup.

    I really don’t want to start right from scratch.

    Does anyone have some advice?

    I’m using latest wordpress and woocommerce 3.4.4

    Hi there,

    I understand you’re having some troubles displaying images of products imported with ShopMaster plugin.

    As a first step, I’d recommend doing a plugin/theme conflict test with only WooCommerce plugin enabled:

    If a simple product can be created from wp-admin and images are shown once selected – this would indicate WooCommerce itself is working.

    If that is the case – I’d recommend reaching out to support of ShopMaster plugin:

    Although there is a chance some of the plugins you are using are incompatible.
