    why is it since i started using the paid version my images are missing from posts. when i go to the page such as https://www.in2town.co.uk/grimsby-news/grimsby-and-scunthorpe-hospitals-ease-restrictions/ the image is not only not showing on the page, but when you go into the backend to the page, the image is no longer linked to the post.

    what is going on. i am seeing this being reported over and over again with no solution.

    i want answers in what is going on and how to solve this. this plugin is supposed to make things better but instead it has cost me days in work i should not be doing.

    Can you please try to deactivate the display WebP option through Settings > Imagify and check if the issue is fixed?

    that option was not ticked. it has never been used. i have hundreds of images that have vanished. When i go to a post, the image that should be there is no longer there. but the image is still in the media.
