Images missing from Post Pages with Neutica Theme

  • Hello,

    I am currently using the theme Neutica+ which is based on Thematic. I am having problems with images. On the front page and on search results, each post has an image displayed to it as a thumbnail to the right of the description. However, if you click on the post and go to its page, the image is nowhere to be seen. You find the problem at https://quitmumbling.com. Anyone know what the issue is? Why can’t I get the image to show on the post page?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

  • Don’t know if it’s the same problem, but I just installed Neutica+ and ran into problems adding/showing custom header and logo. Turns out the Neuticaplus install does not create the /img and /header-images folder. I created and still no header shows; some troubleshooting in the files revealed that the rotator.php file also needs to go in there. Maybe you also need to move some files into the /img folder?

    I am not happy with the detail and documentation on this AT ALL, esp as its not free. There needs to be way more info on how to customize various parts of the posts, or ideally a configurator to help. Step up Allan!

    I agree that this theme has poor documentation, buts it so good i really want to sort this out!

    Im currently having problems with the alignment of the widgets in the sidebar…the search bar is out of line and the widgets dont layout how they should in the original demo version!

    if anyone can help would really appriciate it!
