Images missing

  • Hi,

    Everything worked fine once I used a preview. As the page was posted, the category images were gone. Now they show up randomly but in most cases they’re not visible. Checked with three browsers.

    Once I get to page editor and hit a preview – they work. I then update the page and visit a direct URL and they mostly work (the default WC category images are now gone) . When refreshing the page they’re all gone again.

    Hello, First of all my apology for let response.

    I checked the issue from my end but I can’t regenerate it. So, Can you please share more details about this issue like,

    1. In which browser you faced this issue?
    2. Which page editor are you using?
    3. Are you using any other product category plugin for this? Because It may be conflict with each other.

    So, Currently I continue to find and regenerate the issue. It will fixed in release of next version of this plugin, Once found!

    Hi,

    Well, we gave up and bought other plugin.
    I checked the site with two browsers (Chrome and FF).
    No other category plugins were installed.
    No editor whatsover, just plain text.

    The site uses Elementor but it wasn’t used on this particular site.
