Images missing

I am also having the same issue. The plugin stopped working Oct 27th and I have deleted/reinstalled the plugin, cleared the cache, re-authenticated. I have done this several times in-case I missed a step but the images still do not display.

We very much regret incidents such as the one that you have brought to our attention. Could you please try the following steps? It will most likely resolve the problem, however, I should note, that the feeds you have created will be removed.

Go to Facebook?Feed WD and press?Uninstall.
Navigate to?Plugins?page and delete Facebook Feed WD
Reinstall and actvate it.

Afterward, please authenticate with your account and recreate your feeds.

@kimabaghdasaryan Any update on this issue? I’m experiencing this problem for a few days. I tried opening URL of one of the image and I’m getting “URL signature expired” error.

@kimabaghdasaryan This is unbelievably frustrating. I still cannot get images to show from Facebook. I dont even have links to the photos displaying, just the text from the Facebook post. Please look into this ASAP.

Same issue here. I just installed the plugin, authenticated it and placed the shortcode. Result: No images showing.

We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Could you please check several things? Navigate to Reauthenticate->in FB page opened popup check the page and click next, see the screenshot and check if all checkboxes are on?

@kimabaghdasaryan I have done this both from within the plugin and within Facebook settings – see links to screenshots (because this has no way to paste screenshots into it) Screenshot 1 and Screenshot 2 Still doesnt fix it.

Same issues images not loading, re-authenticated nothing changed. I think it’s a 403 error

We are sorry for the late reply.

Please update the plugin and connect to your FB account and if the problem is the same it means the problem is with the FB page configuration (e.g. permissions) , so, please try to connect using a different account that will work and compare the FB page configurations, maybe it will help to understand.

Weird that this is marked as resolved. I see many people with the same issue and no one reported any resolution.
