Images loading slow

    Hi,
    the images sometimes take too much time to load when I navigate through the slideshow. Is there a optimum file size? I uploaded each image with 2 MB. Does the plugin do any automatic resize, either on desktop or mobile?

    Hi Jorge,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    You need to use the “Large” or “Medium” option in the “Thumbnail size” setting then your gallery will load fast.

    Will that action solve the problem also when watching each image individually in a bigger size? That′s the main issue I have now. The new image take to much time loading when I press the arrow.

    You mean in the lightbox, Image taking time to load.

    You need to compress all your images and reupload them again to your WordPress and add then again in the gallery.

    You are using too big image so its taking time to load.
