Images left-justified instead of centered?

Not sure when it started, after 4.6 and still problem in 4.6.1, but images on the printable page are showing up left justified instead of centered. I tried some quick debugging and it looks like the images should be centered, but are centered in their own width instead of the full page width? Sample of problem:
