    Hey @shovonbk,

Thanks for using Optimole and reaching out.

I have checked your website and found that those images are not cropped anymore, so have you managed to fix that, or do you require more help on this?

    See here: https://vertis.d.pr/v/yRDU0s

Regarding your question about the images appearing broken when you disconnect the plugin/account-

So, Have you used Optimole’s Cloud Library and offloaded the images?
Please try to rollback the images to your server and check if the issue persists – this is the button in Optimole’s settings that allows you to roll back the images from the cloud to your server: https://vertis.d.pr/i/M9WIjh

By the way, just so you’re aware, there is no need to offload images to Optimole unless you want to save your disk space in your hosting server, Optimole works the same way with images offloaded to the cloud or not, they are still served from the cloud and optimized so cloud library and the purpose of it is to save disk storage (images are removed from your server).

    I hope it helps.

Thanks and have a great day!??

@kushnamdev Thanks for your response. Images look crop when you visit website small screen size like 12-13″ monitor. But big screen monitor doesn’t crop and the crop function happening automatic.

    Hey @shovonbk,

You most likely have Optimole disabled in this way – https://vertis.d.pr/i/LBlm6q then all the other settings become inactive.

If you are still not able to enable the functionality and can’t roll back the images, you can contact us by sending an email to [email protected] and we can help you further.

Thank you and have a great day!
