Images instead of titles for links in blogroll

I am trying to figure out how to use images to represent links instead of titles. I have a recommended reading list on my blog and I’m trying to use the cover of the book to represent the link instead of the title. Is there a way to do this? This is my first blog, and I’m completely new to wordpress.
