Images in YITH Request a Quote for WooCommerce Premium

Hi Marc,

I would appreciate it if you could give me an answer with this problem. Some time ago we were talking about incidents with the budgets of this Plugin but it has never been closed.

I need an answer to know in which direction to continue working, looking for another plugin or adding a programming patch.

Thank you very much for your answer. I would appreciate it if you would notify me of any progress related to this plugin.

A year ago you told me that you were working on expanding the plugin by adding a budget option, since you had some problem with Yith. The problem is that the selected configuration is not dragged and the image is not generated, but instead it takes the featured product.

If the setting “Show configuration image in cart and checkout” is enabled in Settings > Product Configurator > General options > IMAGE GENERATION OPTIONS, then the configuration image should be displayed in the quote form.

This only works in “YITH Request a Quote PREMIUM”, as the free version does not have the required filters.

It still doesn’t work for us.

Here you can see that we have the configuration that you indicate:

The Yith plugin is the premium one, in version 4.22.0:

I’ll send you the process in screenshots.

Here we configure a color for the product and make a quote request.

As you can see, the image does not load, and if we click on edit configuration, it takes us to the reset product, without dragging the characteristics that we have previously selected.

I hope this helps you clarify where the problem may be.

I’m currently working on making the Edit configuration working as expected, as it is not working at all like you noticed.

Though the image override should be working. I tested with the same settings as you, and that worked properly.
Did you maybe edit / override the “Request table” templates?
Unfortunately this is not something I can debug without having server access.

As for the plugin, we have not touched anything in the “Request table” template. If you want, I can send you a user so you can access the WordPress panel to see if you understand the problem.

FYI, I just released the update, which contains the fix for the Edit link, as well as the fallback dimensions for the cart image (so you can set it back to 0 in your settings, if that’s required).
