Images in slider doesn’t show up

  • Hello there,

    First of all, sorry if I don’t have the exact same terms, I’m French and we might have some translations problems haha and it’s not really a problem, more a “I had this issue and found a solution so maybe someone has this issue and need this solution and if it’s a bug maybe the dev would be happy to know that too”.


    So, I got a problem today with the images slider, it seems that when you use it and you use the fade option, the images doesn’t shows up.
    I made a slider without this option and it worked so it just seems to be some kind of bug, might be relate with the new update.

    Well, thanks for your plugin and all the work you do ! And sorry if it’s not the place to write this, please tell me if there is another place if I’m not in the right place !

    Could you please give us more info – What WP theme and BB plugin version are you using? Slider or Image slider?

    Also, if it is possible, please send us link with mentioned Slider. Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

    My WP theme is Bravada Plus and my BB plugin version is 4.8.5.

    I can’t show you the sliders, I had to find a quick solution and the fade option isn’t used anymore on the sliders for now. Sorry, I could maybe make a test page just for a slider though if you really need it !

    I’ll retry to use the fade option, I saw there was an update recently after my post.

    I’m also on a staging site but it worked before the latest updates so I don’t really get why it stopped working but there is another option so it’s not THAT bad/urgent.

    Today was the day the staging site was coming to live site for where I work. Unfortunate timing

    Hi,

    We have managed to find the reason why your slider isn’t showing selected images. If you would like to have a preview of full image height, than add element Image to the slider. When the images are selected as Slider Item background image, than you should have some content in the Slider item and it will give a height to the slider.

    So, the best way is to add Image elements to each Slider item.
