Images in my RSS Feed

I am trying to get images that are entered in a custom field to appear in my RSS feed. I found a plugin that was supposed to make this possible, but it didn’t do anything and the developer hasn’t gotten back to me with help. Any ideas on how I can accomplish this? The plugin that I tried is called Custom Fields For Feeds
