Images in Library have disappeared

  • Hi, a lot of my images in my media library have disappeared and dont show any more on posts after installing “Image Water Mark” plugin. Ive deactivated and deleted the plugin. Any help please please please?

    WordPress 4.5.3 running Twenty Eleven theme.

    actually all the images have disappeared ?? the ones that were showing were in cache

    Assumiing you know your own wp-conent folder

    Images are stored there, and if your blog/posts follow just reupload images on your server.

    Some host simply disable image access because it’s heavily crawled by gooogle.

    Chceck it, i have for example images on my site that are heavily crawled. Google algorithm.

    Hey thanks, it was all fine until I installed the “Image Water Mark” plugin and then all the images disappeared. Even after deleting the plugin the images still dont show. Something to do with the plugin?

    Hi, i just checked the wp-conent folder and the images are there but they are not showing

    well it seems your plugin put a watermark on all your images.
    watermark can be removed, but in batch with some image soft<are like irfan wiew (freeware).

    ok update, namecheap hosting support fixed it, the plugin messed up the permalinks and the images didn’t show

    now ok ?
