Images in Footer

Hey there,

If you can add widgets to the footer you could use the Text/HTML widget and add the image that way.

<img src="https://IMAGEPATH" alt="describe image">

Just change the image path and the alt tag.

There are alternative options like image widgets:

Not quite sure I fully understand what you want to do, but an image in the footer, you would do it with a widget, such as a text widget with html or even a plugin widget that does images…such as Timothy’s suggestion.

By the way, I should mention that Preference Lite is about to be discontinued for a much better theme that I built based on Preference. I just uploaded it to WordPress here for it to be reviewed and added for downloads. You can see more details about it here: Preferential Lite

Switching to a newer theme sounds a bit scary given my minimal experience at this point. But since Preference will be discontinued, I might as well take the plunge now.

Even though Preference Lite will be discontinued, you will still be able to keep using it if you wish. However, theme updates and support for it won’t be available too much longer.

I wasn’t sure how far you got with your site setup with Preference Lite, but figured it might be better for you to make the switch before you get too far in…again, it’s an option for you. Give it some thought first, but if you decide yes, then contact me here:
