Facebook uses your site’s Open Graph tags, which, in your case, is being added in by the Yoast SEO plugin. Since Facebook doesn’t like duplicate Open Graph tags, Jetpack disables our built-in tags when Yoast or another plugin we know can add them is active on your site.

In your case, it looks like Yoast isn’t setting an image Open Graph tag at all, leaving it up to Facebook to determine the options: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/og/object?q=http%3A%2F%2Fpicturethispicturethat.co.uk%2Fportfolio%2Fplaques

There may be a setting in Yoast to amend this behavior, but you’d need to check with them. If you’re interested in seeing if Jetpack’s Open Graph tags would choose a better image (it may or may not since that looks like a custom post type and I can’t tell how they’re built), please let me know.

    Cheers!
