    Hello,

I’m working with another developer. The webiste has images uploaded to a separate directory but still under /wp-content/uploads/other_photos/ . When I ran Imsanity, it didn’t see this directory. Is there a way to get it to reduce photos this directory as well?

    Thanks,
    Daphne

  • Insanity doesnt search in folders to find images. It searches the wp_attachments table in MySQL.

If there’s images outside of the standard location then that would tell me they’re uploaded using a custom plugin or API and doesn’t inform WordPress about them. In that case Imsanity bulk processor won’t be able to find them.

You might be able to resize them with a shell script or something though. I’d check with the plugin author that is creating those images for suggestions.

    Jason,

Thanks for the reply. I love your plugin and was hoping it might help. Oh well ?? I am in the process with checking in with the developer of the plugin.

    Thanks again,
    Daphne

Excuse for my english, it is not my mother tongue.
I have exactely the same probleme as daphnetalbot

I have very interested. I use Gravity Forms and Gravity View. The images are located in a different directory that the images default wordpress directory. This is the reason why Imsanity doesn’t work for me.

I would be very interested with a shell script or something though for solving my probleme.
