Hello, I have used your great plugin before on another site but on my new site, as soon as I activate the plugin, a test on GTmetrix returns a list of bad requests and all of the images in my site disappear.

As soon as I deactivate the plugin they re-appear. I know the plugin is compatible with the Bento theme and with SiteOrigin’s page builder. My site is not on a multi site. Do you know of any other plugins that could cause the issue?

Also the paths to the supposedly missing files appear to be valid file paths.

    Kind regards

    David

I have disabled all the plugins that I have not previously used with Adaptive Images and still the problem persists.

Is there any way I can private message you site details?

Have you had any similar issues with other sites?

    Many thanks for your help!

    Hello, David,

You can send me your site details at info [at] nevma [dot] gr, but the plugin has to be activated so that I can debug it!

Other than that, perhaps you could send me the output of the Print debug and Print diagnostics buttons in the plugin settings page, so that I can take a look.

    Cheers,
    Takis

Can you see the info you need with the debug and print diagnostics I emailed?

Let me know if you need me to supply you with a logon.

    Kind regards

I will need to switch my site to maintenance mode soon as it is 2am here. I will check emails again in the morning (in approx 7 hours). Let me know if there is anything I can do to get this working?

    Many thanks for your help

We finally found a small bug in the plugin image path resolution mechanism, which we promise to correct in the next version!

The bug had to do with Apache reporting as HTTS “On” with a capital letter “O” instead of the expected “o”.

    Cheers,
    Takis
