Images Gone & Can't Upload New After Upgrade to 3.3

  • I’ve deleted all plugins and all themes but Twenty Eleven 1.2

    I’ve cleared my cache many times. (Firefox)

    I’ve tried in Chrome.

    I’ve deleted wp-includes and wp-admin and uploaded fresh copies.

    I still can’t upload images and all of my existing images come up as not found.

    Can someone help me?
