    Hello,

    Having problems with the plugin. Within the last couple of months I have noticed that when I am creating a post in the WP post editor the suggested content from Zemanta does not show the images from the web. In fact even when I select one of the suggestions and it gets added to the bottom of the post in the editor it only comes with one of the canned images that you provide and not the image that was associated with it on the web. The suggestions are all starting to look the same and I need to get this fixed.

    Regarding the above entry I have attached a link to an image that shows the post edit screen with the missing images for “suggested posts” and the “inspect element” results for that page. The image thumbnails all seem to have the name “noimg_xx_150_150.jpg. What is up with that and can you suggest a fix. I know that it has nothing to do with conflict with other plugins I am using because this problem remains after all other plugins are disabled.

    thanks for reaching out and really appreciate the screenshot. We are aware of the generic thumbnails issue and can replicate it on our side but as far as those broken images go, we are running out of ideas. So we are asking you for your help – would it be possible to make us a temporary account on your blog, so that we can see this up, close and personal? You can send those credentials to support[at]zemanta[dot]com. If you decide not to, I would appreciate a list of your other plugins installed.

    Hi Petra,

    I try hard to keep my site secure for obvious reasons. Many have tried to hack me so I would prefer not to take a chance. However I did send you a copy of the active plugin list as you requested. I sent it to support.zemanta.com. The email address that I used was [email protected] but I would prefer if you would respond on this forum so everyone can benefit from your response.
