Hello. I recently migrated a WordPress site from my local machine to a live server. My local database used the “wp_” prefix but the live site uses a unique prefix so I had to update all of the table names manually in an exported SQL file. Aside from all of the other issues I ran into because of this am now faced with yet another. When I try to access the My Photos section of the Depicter editor none of my images are loaded and I get the following message:

“Sorry, we couldn’t find any items here”

Most of the other issues I ran into boiled down to me having to update a prefix from the default “wp_” to the prefix used on the live database. I’m wondering if this issue requires the same fix.

    Can anyone help me:
    – resolve this issue
    – understand how depicter accesses the media library under the My Photos tab
    – point me to the correct files in the Depicter library to figure this out on my own.

I am pressed for time and need to resolve this issue quickly.

    Thanks!

P.S. I can’t link to the page I am referring to because it is in the admin panel.

    Hi.

Our development team has informed me that the Depicter relies on WordPress’s basic functionality to retrieve images from the media library, and there’s no built-in caching mechanism for this process that could be problematic in this situation.

One question that can help, Can you see the images under your WordPress dashboard / Media?

If you can see that then there should be no issue on Depicter as well.

    Please let me know
