    Hi

Some Images for sharing on FB are ignored, instead it uses the standard image. I guess this happens when the image ratio is not “compatible” with the FB rules. But when I edit the Post on FB and replace the Image it works. How is that ? Thats really annoying.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

I understand your frustration and apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing with image sharing on Facebook.

You’re right; sometimes, Facebook’s image ratio rules can cause certain images to be ignored or replaced with a default image when shared. However, when you manually edit the post on Facebook, the platform allows more flexibility in image selection, which is why you’re able to replace the image successfully.

To help you better understand this behavior and find potential solutions, I’d recommend checking out our detailed guide on this topic: Why the wrong image appears in my Facebook post.

I hope this guide provides clarity and assists you in resolving the issue. If you have further questions or need additional assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
