Images featuring on blog post article

Is there a way to force an image to be the one that shows on the main page of my blog at https://reddenskitchen.com/

With all of the blogs I was putting a bit of text and then inserting the image I wanted to be shown on the homepage and saving before adding any more images. This worked fine until the Sweet Potato Feta Walnut Salad when it keeps using the ingredients photo instead of the Ready to eat plate I want to appear on the home page.

Any ideas would be appreciated. I even tried redoing the post. I also tried the ‘Featured image’ ut that just added a block to my homepage that I don’t want there.
