• The images of the featured pages show incorrect on the ipad on safari in vertical mode. Blue lines appear around the featured page images/symbols, this obviously should not happen.

    How come and how te resolve? Website: Prijsvergelijker

  • I see the problem which seems unique to Safari. Using Safari/Macbook shows that it’s something to do with the .round-div zoom effect.

    To prove it, can you switch off the zoom using:

    .fpc-widget-front.hover .round-div {
    -webkit-transform: none;
    -moz-transform: none;
    -ms-transform: none;
    -o-transform: none;
    transform: none;
    }

    and test it again please.

    Where can I find this (in which file)? Since I mostly use the front “customize” panel for basic adjustments.

    OK, well add this to Advanced options>Custom CSS

    Ok, I switched off the zoom (you can check it now by yourself). I still see those blue lines in Safari on the ipad in vertical mode. All other browsers look fine, but I would like to have this website working properly on all devices.

    OK, there is an issue though it seems to be restricted to users using:

    iPad – Portrait – Retina – Safari

    I’ll record the issue for the Developers.

    Ok, so not all Safari users see it this way?

    Another issue is that some images of the featured pages seem to disappear when opening the homepage, not very often but it happens sometimes. Mostly on Safari for iPhone. (it shows 18 or 19 of the featured pages images out of the total of 20 on my website)

    This post has been flagged so Developers will see it.

    Can’t guarantee when it will be fixed, but the original problem only affects a smaller % of Users. Not all Safari Users are getting the problem. I tried on MacBook and PC with no problem.

    Ok thank you for reporting and glad to hear that this problem doesn’t occur at the majority of the people using Safari.

    I have a similar problem and have differing results. The problem, on one of my 3 devices, is that no images are displaying after doing the WP 4.3.1 update.

    iMac running Safari 9 (9537.86.1.56.2) images not displaying across all pages on my site

    iPad running Safari 600.1.4 images displaying fine

    Mac Book Pro running Safari 7.1.8 (9537.85.17.9.1) images displaying fine

    @salinama the problem with your iMac on Safari 9 (9537.86.1.56.2) does impact all images, not only the featured pages images? Is that right ?

    If it’s the case, please open a new thread about this issue. We’ll see if it’s a bug in the theme’s core code.

    Thanks !

    Impacts all images, not just featured pages.

    I just upgraded my Mac OS to El Capitan hoping for different results, but not luck. Chrome is still working fine and my other Macs in the house still work. Here are the details:

    Mac OS is 10.11.1

    Safari version is Version 9.0.1 (11601.2.7.2)

    Chrome version info 46.0.2490.80 (64-bit)

    Same issue for me, everything fully updated (osx, safari, etc) per 19. nov

    I run into the same issue. Has anyone resolved this?
