Whenever I send an request for image optimization LS says that it successfully communicated with your servers, however, after a few minutes I get a message that says “Images failed to notify: 5” Which is the number of images that were pushed. I’ve cleared the cleanup data several times, and disabled Wordfence but still having the same problems. Also, nothing is showing in WordPress debug relating to this plugin when this happens.

    Hello @tbrady85,

It looks like you figured things out, based on our Slack message history, so I am going to mark this topic “Resolved”.

I remembered my client switched to a new domain about 5 months ago where the LScache plugin was already installed. I had to click the “Reset IAPI” button and now its working.

If I’m mistaken and your still having trouble, let us know and we’ll be happy to reopen the topic if necessary.

    Thanks!

Hi I have exactly the same issue, details as follows:
    server environment: LiteSpeed Web server
    LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimisation: v2.9.8.5

After clicking “Send Optimisation Request” I get the message: Images requested: 1 group (7 images), the stats shows as “Communicated with LiteSpeed Image Optimisation Server successfully”. After a while I get the message: “Images failed to notify: 7”.

I left it overnight assuming the LiteSpeed Image Optimisation Server had a high demand, then checked in the morning to see if an image pull had occurred by chron, but no change at all, still the same message: “Images failed to notify: 7”.

Could this be some kind of firewall issue? WHat can I try?
