There is some errors when using LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization, and I already trying some ways but didn’t resolve the issues

Images failed to fetch: 1 group (3 images)
    Images failed to fetch: 3

default flow: Clean Up Unfinished Data > update status (or sometimes with Reset IAPI Key) > Send Optimization Request

how I reproduce in my server
    1st experiment: using default flow
    result:
Images failed to fetch: 1 group (3 images)
    Images failed to fetch: 3

    2nd experiment:
    – disable WordFence Firewall + add Litespeed IPs whitelist to WordFence
    – Litespeed cache disable
    – clear all optimization in .htaccess (I use 6G firewall before)
    – run default flow again
    result:
Images failed to fetch: 1 group (3 images)
    Images failed to fetch: 3

    3rd experiment:
    – deactivate and reactivate LiteSpeed Cache plugin
    – re-do 2nd experiment
    result:
Images failed to fetch: 1 group (3 images)
    Images failed to fetch: 3

Hi @philipfaster, we’ve tried to fetch the image on our server and it’s working so you firewall-config should be correct.

Could you send us the debug log again? The file you sent cannot be accessed.

I don’t know what’s wrong with the installation. I even reinstall the WordPress from the admin update menu, including Disabling all the plugins, but no luck.

But I’m trying to create another dummy WordPress and upload some images, then trying to use LiteSpeed Cache Image Optimization. Apparently, It works…

So, I already have my own solution.
I have to delete the whole WordPress and the content. then create a fresh installation

    here the details
    1. in Softaculous of CPanel, I have to backup the WordPress installation to another folder
    2. WordPress export post, pages, etc, etc
    3. delete the main WordPress
    4. reinstall in the same folder
    5. migrate the upload content from the backup folder in point 1 (use add from server plugin)
    6. import all from point 2
    7. try LS Image Optimization again, and its works by now
