images duplication

Hi, i brought a huge amount of products about 27k, and after that i noticed that your plugin generated from one image 10 duplicated images but different ratio, so i went to the settings and turned off< Optimize Original Images> now how to deleted the old data?? i clicked on < destroy all optimization data> still in my hostinger in uploads file, I see the duplicates. please help me to delete all that images since I have sooo much images I cant do it manually .
