Images don't size correctly

Hi, this plugin is very useful for me, but there is a problem.
The thumbnail’s size doesn’t run. I set it at 200×80 and it displays the images at 80×80; if I change the values, it resizes the images but always squared, cutting top and bottom, with the same measure for width and height.

I tried to use the solution posted here, but doesn’t run.
