Hi! I have the Smash Balloon Instagram feed plugin installed and it has been working off and on. Sometimes it will display the first 3 images of the instagram feed, as I have it set to do in settings. And sometimes it will only display header/feed info and then a button to visit the feed, but no images.

I’m not sure what is preventing the full display of the images. Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hey lxa1801,

It looks like there is a JavaScript error occurring on the page: https://snipboard.io/LQC5q0.jpg

You can try disabling other plugins and switching themes for a moment to see what might be causing the error. It’s preventing the JavaScript for Instagram Feed from running.

    Thanks,

Thank you! That error seems to be from an Amazon ad widget that isn’t working. I’ve removed it now, but the instagram feed still doesn’t show properly. I went through my plugins and disabled/enabled various combinations. But nothing seemed to get it to work.

What’s odd is I can get it to display correctly on this page: https://vrodrigueziii.com/vincent-rodriguez-iii/actor/ but not any of the others.

I am using WP Fastest Cache and Asset Cleanup, although I’d disabled both and the feed still wasn’t displaying. I did verify the proper code was in footer.php per the FAQ.

It looks like the feed is working for me:

Did you try clearing your browser cache? I wonder if the old file and error is still occurring due to a cached file.

Yup, that was totally it. Emptied the site’s cache and it’s working fine now. Thank you!!!
