images don’t appear on my mobile

    I am a total beginner so I need some help.

    I am using oceanwp theme and elementor to create my webiste. There is couple of things that I don’t think is working as it’s suppose to.

    First My images and logo don’t show on my mobile but it shows when I make the laptop (that I have been working on) screen smaller.

    secondly my page don’t upload properly when you go into it at first but if you go to perhaps about and then back everything shows. Again logo and images don’t show.

    thirdly the video that is at my homepage dont play right away when you go into my website, the photo for mobile version shows first 2-3 seconds before the video plays.

    would you be so kind and help me with those things so I can get my website up soon please ??

    The problem is URL. If you check your browser console, you will find some errors which are related to ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

    Which means your images, videos use HTTPS and your website URL starts with HTTP,

    HTTPS refers to a secure URL and it must have a valid SSL certificate.

    If you don’t need that, you can change that and keep your site to run via HTTP.

    Check your site-url and home-url. Review this link if that helps.

    In addition to what @kartiks16 suggested, in Elementor, is your hero section (and others too) set to “Hide on mobile”?
