    Hey guys,
I have been running into an image problem with my WordPress site and I just can’t seem to fix it. if I can’t solve it im probably going back to making my own sites again.

I have been trying to edit my posts and upload images to the media library which then should appear in the library uploads file.
The uploading seems to go fine and image border and info seems to show up in the library but the images itself just dont show.

in IE it gives me the red crosses as if the image isn’t there and in Firefox the image box just stays white.

I’ve already changed the image permissions to 755 but that doesn’t solve the problem either, I hope someone is able to help me out!

    Regards,
    Raphisto

  • check your media settings, probably thumbnails and medium size issues.
    or maybe your css file.

what is your url, and attach an image on it ?

in IE it gives me the red crosses as if the image isn't there and in Firefox the image box just stays white.

or probably invalid image url linking.

    is your wp-content/uploads folder writable?

try this.. create a new folder in your blog directory, call it media-uploads or whatever then set it to 777.

go to miscellaneous setting and put media-uploads there.
