    I had to hire a freelancer to figure this out. It was due to the conflict of this plug in and a google analytics plug in I installed. After I remove the google analytics plug in, everything is fine.

    I checked the HTML code and looks like it’s caused by “” and ”.

    You can install the plug in (Google Analytics for WordPress) and you will see the conflict.
