    Also, I am wanting to display the HTML5 player but on the live site it is currently being displayed as the simple compact player.

    This may be because you have the compact player chosen to be displayed in your podcast settings. To check this, go to Podcast -> Settings -> Player -> Media player style: Make sure that HTML5 Player With Album Art is selected. Also keep in mind though that if you use the sidebar widget for the player, it will show the compact player regardless of this selection.

    Regarding the images, are you publishing the podcast to a Series or the default feed? You’ve got your site behind a coming soon plugin so unfortunately I can’t view the site to see.

    Were you able to get the HTML5 displayed instead of the Compact player?

    Also, are you publishing episodes to a Series (Podcast -> Series) or to the primary (default) podcast?

    If you are using a Series, you’ll need to upload a Series image at Podcast -> Series for the podcast Series. The HTML5 player uses the Series image.

    If you’re using the default feed, you’ll need to upload the photo to Podcast -> Settings -> Feed Details.

    Also, verify that the file you are using wasn’t inadvertantly cropped by WordPress when uploaded. If the file is not a perfect square, the media player won’t display it. If you could share the link of the file, I can also take a look at it.
