Images do not load if there is a video in the latest posts

    Hello,

    First of all I want to say that it is the simplest and most complete plugin that I have come across so far. I commend the developers for that.
    However, I encountered a small problem with a feed. If I display the last 5 posts, and there is a video on the 5th one, no image will load. If I display the last 4, everything will work.
    So in summary we can see that the videos are problematic ..
    Do you have a solution for that?

    Actually we are having the same problem and we are using version 3.0.4

    I am having this same issue and have only just installed the plugin (version 3.0.4).

    I have the same problem. If there are videos in the feed, no thumbnail appears (only a broken image icon), but Instagram images and carousels show up normally. Both WordPress and Social Feed Gallery are updated. I also tried deactivating-activating the plugin, deleting-installing it again, removing the app from my Facebook Business Integrations settings and then granting all the permissions again and then re-creating the feeds.
    I also installed the plugin on another website and connected it with my Instagram account and again the thumbnails of the videos did not show up, but when I connected a different Instagram account, then everything was okay.
    It’s like my access token can’t get the thumbnail_url for the videos.
    What else could I try?

    As a temporary solution, how can I update the code, so that it bypasses the videos and shows only images and carousels on the feed?

    I just updated the plugin and the problem has been solved.
