    Hi @zmd,

I’m sorry to hear this, and I’d be happy to help! To verify, are you running WordPress 3.8 and NextGEN Gallery 2.0.40?

If so, this issue is for the most part, resolved by resetting permalinks to ‘post name’ under Settings >> Permalinks in your WordPress dashboard. After you reset permalinks, clear your browser cache and reload your site. If that still does not work, it may be permissions related or an issue with PHP Safe Mode turned on on your server. In which case, contact your server host tech support and ensure:

    – 755 permissions applied to wp-content directory and all subdirectories
    – PHP Safe Mode turned OFF

If that still does not resolve this issue for you, I’m wondering if you wouldn’t mind temporarily deactivating all plugins (including NextGEN) and then clear your browser cache and reactivate NextGEN Gallery only. Does that help? If not, would you also mind temporarily switching to a WP Default Theme like Twenty Thirteen and see if that helps? I know this is an inconvenience, we’re very sorry. But it would help us diagnose if this error may be a plugin/theme incompatibility.

    Hope that helps!

    – Scott

I have the same problem. Some images upload, some do not. I see this error in the log:
    [26-Dec-2013 18:31:26] PHP Fatal error: Wrong parameters for Exception([string $exception [, long $code ]]) in wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/nextgen_data/class.gallerystorage_driver_base.php on line 8

    @goodfront

Did you check your permissions and whatnot? If so, please submit a bug report and reference this thread. https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug

It could also be a conflict with another plugin which we can diagnose.

Just download the wordpress and nextgen, I’m using PHP 5 and MySql updated, also I am not able to upload pictures, at first tried ultilizar the plugin along with https://codecanyon.net/item/justified- image-grid-premium-wordpress-gallery/2594251 and theme Avada but uninstalled everything and installed only the NextGen and still did not work

Please also submit a bug report if you checked the permissions and info I posted above.

Excuse my inexperience, but how do I run this report for? but to better decrever the problem, I just click on add images and presents no movement.

@fabiohigor You can see if you’re running safe mode by viewing the NextGEN Gallery Overview page in your admin.

To find your folder permissions you’d have to look via FTP. Your host can also help identify the folder permissions if you do not understand how to use FTP.

I have followed all of the suggestions (e.g., permissions set to 755, PHP Safe mode off, deactivated plugins, used WordPress theme) and emptied my cache and reloaded my website each time.

I am not sure what else to do, but I can’t get my pictures to upload now. The other night some pictures unloaded and some didn’t but it’s not clear why NextGen is choosing to upload certain photos when they are all in iPhoto and some were taken at the same time.

    Thank you.

@fabiohigor – Those settings appear to be fine, but you should be using the most current version of NextGEN Gallery (2.0.40 at this writing).

    – Cais.

I was, I decided to return al the versions to see if it worked, but it did not, already updated again

    Thanks!

    – Cais.

I know that the goal of the topic is not that, but I want to use the nextgen to create a grid with several albums, explaining better, I want to create a page of photos, which will have several albums by clicking on the album open all related images can you suggest me any plugin?

    (@photocrati)

@fabiohigor – You are describing some of the basic functionality of NextGEN Gallery with that inquiry, have you read our documentation here: https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/help/ ?

    – Cais.

yes, so I really want to use it, since bought several plugins and none meets what I want, and purchase the last, the Justified Image Grid – Premium WordPress NextGen Gallery I met, why not give up and do not want to give up.
You talked about the error report, how do I generate this report?
