    Hi @pachoulis
I have pointed to your imgs_folder location and there are no images…
    i.e.:
    https://www.independent-living.shop/wp-content/uploads/spin360show/infantbookcase/0001.jpg
    gives ‘Page not found’

Have you uploaded your project image files in a your_wordpress_uploads_dir/spin360show subfolder? (in your case into /www.independent-living.shop/wp-content/uploads/spin360show/ folder)
You can do it via a standard FTP access.

PS I also noticed you are planning to show 440 images… I would suggest to start with a much lesser number of images …you could obtain good results with 36 or 72 images

ok, it seems now you are uploading some image…
but I can reach only from 0001.jpg to 0024.jpg … then your imgs_nbr should be 24 and not 440.
    i.e. imgs_nbr=24
I would suggest to test with 72 photos from 0001.jpg to 0072.jpg with imgs_nbr=72

it is strange because after some time, your images are no more reachable… do you have some image optimizing plugin?

@pachoulis I’ve seen your site is up and running now.
PS could you post which was your culprit?

    Hello,
yeap problem solved. It was the naming of the files that went wrong. I changed them (from 0000.jpg to 0180.jpg) and they worked great.
Will surely give you a great review as your product rocks.
Got two more questions if you’d please:
    1) is there a way to slow down the speed of the 360 when done with a mouse or finger on mobile? It is super quick
    2) the “fullscreen” button does not appear on mobile. How do I change this?

    thank you

    1) is there a way to slow down the speed of the 360 when done with a mouse or finger on mobile? It is super quick

this is depending to the high number of images you are using in your page… typically the number is 18, 36 or 72 and the plugin is calibrated for that quantity…
A large number of images can also make the page loading slower.

Anyway I’m going to see if I can add a parameter to set the manual rotation speed.

    2) the “fullscreen” button does not appear on mobile. How do I change this?

this is due to the OS and/or the Browser not supporting fullscreen… if the plugins checks fullscreen is not available, it will hide the fullscreen button

I’m having the same issue. I’ve checked the quotes, the image path, made sure all images were lowercase only, set the right number of images… still not sure what’s going on.

    Please help!
