I could not find DIVI in the WordPress Theme Directory, so I am assuming that it is a commercial/paid theme. If so, you should be getting your support from whoever sold you the theme, as we don’t have free access to the Theme or the source code, so don’t have the tools we need to help you.

To rule out the Theme being the problem, you could try the standard Twenty Sixteen Theme and see if the problem still exists.

Might not be the theme at fault. Could be folder permissions.

Use FTP or the File Manager tool on your hosting to check that your wp-content and wp-content/uploads and wp-content/plugins and wp-content/themes folders all have 755 permissions.

Since the Codex article is marked as needing update, I thought that this recent article might be more useful:

    Thanks all.

I had tried on FTP to allow all the permissions. It does not work.

I took a look at your website. There doesn’t seem to be much real content yet, but on the Site Plan page I see a few images.

Could you point to a specific instance on the website where an image should be showing but isn’t?

Have you checked the source code? Does the image appear in the code but is not actually visible?

Are you talking about images added within page/post content or “featured images” or images added through Dashboard > Customize as part of the theme?
