Images distorted in Jetpack newsletters

We’ve received a similar report and want to make sure it’s the same issue. Could you let me know if the stretched image appears on a specific device or app, such as Apple Mail, or if it happens across multiple platforms?

Any additional details you can share would be very helpful for troubleshooting.

Hi @alinclamba – it happens across multiple platforms. I’ve noticed it in the Gmail app on my phone, but also in Gmail on the desktop if I narrow the screen size. My client has noticed it in the Apple Mail app on her phone.

I can’t see a pattern with the photos that this happens to. In another newsletter, one square image rendered normally while another square image was stretched and distorted. See here:
