When I add images to a poll, they distort either horizontally or vertically rather than resizing responsively. On the page referenced above, the original images are 165×119, but I resized them to 100×72 to make them closer to the actual width. But they display the same using either size. (The images are responsive – they resize down on an iPad or iPhone – but still stretched.)

Also, I tried to adjust the template to display at one column wide, but it doesn’t work either.

I like the plugin and would gladly upgrade to Pro, but I need to get this issue resolved first.

    Thanks,

    Jay Mitchell

    Hello Dear @jayradioguy.

Thank you for contacting with us and for saying us about your request. I must say you that from admin menu you can manage column count and image height. Have you tried to fix that problem by changing the height?

    Thank You.

The template file where I make those changes does not update. There now seem to be TWO templates called “Total Soft Image Poll 1,” but neither updates and I cannot delete either.

I deleted the plugin, re-downloaded it and re-installed it, hoping for a fresh start, but all the previous settings survived. I deleted the original poll and re-added it, but still could not change image height in the template.

And occasionally when I try to save the template, I get “You are not authorized to access this file.”

    Dear @jayradioguy.

Please make sure that you edited the right theme of the poll and changed the right settings and you are using that theme in your poll. And about that message it comes when you opened the admin menu and nothing done for a long time. Its for security. Don’t worry.

    Thank You.

Thanks for the info. The problem is, CHANGES I MAKE TO THE TEMPLATE FILE DO NOT SAVE. Therefore I cannot change image height or number of columns.

I installed your plugin on a different website – different host, different theme – and my changes to “Answer Options: Image Hekght” and “Column Count” did not save, either.
